Two official Node.js Certification were released in October of this year: The OpenJS Node Application Developer Certification and the OpenJS Node Services Developer.

David Mark Clements of NearForm and Adrian Estrada of NodeSource explain the philosophy and core concepts behind the certifications while providing insight into how skills are verified, what to expect and how to prepare for each of the exams.
