What is Microservices Day New York?
Microservices Day is a one-day, single-track, non-profit event that focuses on the evolution and transformation of enterprise from a technology perspective.
This software architecture offers a new way to build enterprise software that makes it easier to deliver on rapidly changing requirements, easier to scale and cope with faults, and easier to avoid technical debt.
The aim of the event is to bridge the gap between two worlds, cloud-native technology companies and traditional enterprises. Our objectives are to provide insights into business transformation from a management perspective and to provide blueprints for transformation from a technology perspective.
Microservices Day features knowledgeable presentations and panel discussions by enterprise leaders. Speakers from companies such as nearForm, Conde Nast, Netflix, New York Times, BBC and Lifion will be hosting talks on the day. During the event, leaders from enterprise and cloud-natives alike will be talking about their stories of business transformation through technology enablement and share how microservices can enable an enterprise to gain a competitive advantage.
