Events: Code of Conduct

All participants, speakers and sponsors at our events are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the online event. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help to ensure a safe and respectful online environment for all NearForm event participants. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, offensive verbal comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, deliberate intimidation, stalking, sustained disruption of talks, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately. Sponsors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. If a participant engages in harassing behaviour, the event organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the online event.
